We want you to look and feel your best in Daybreake. Whether you’re hitting the city streets or the shore, if the fit isn't 100% right, we’ve got you covered.
Our policy lasts 30 days. That’s a full month of sunrises to decide if it’s the perfect addition to your rotation.
1. The Vibe Check (Eligibility)
To keep things running smoothly, we just need a few things from you. For a return to be accepted, your gear must be:

Fresh: Unworn, unused, and in the exact condition you received it.

Tagged: Original tags and packaging must be intact.

Verified: You’ll need your receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Let's Get It Sorted

Get the Green Light: Once authorized, we’ll send you a return shipping label + instructions.

Heads up: We can’t accept items sent back without a return request first. (We need to know it’s coming!)
3. Damages & Issues
Give your order a quick check as soon as it lands. If you spot a defect, damage, or if we accidentally sent the wrong fit, contact us immediately. We’ll make it right, fast.
4. The "Final Sale" List
To keep our standards high and our hygiene on point, some items are yours for keeps.

5. Exchanges
Want a different size or color? The fastest moves are:

Return the item you have.

Once accepted, secure the new piece with a separate purchase.
6. EU Fam (14-Day Cooling Off Period)
If your order is shipping to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason—no questions asked. The same condition rules apply (fresh, unworn, tags on).
7. Refunds
Once we receive your return at HQ, we’ll inspect it and let you know if the refund is approved.

The Drop: If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

The Bank: Remember, your bank might take a few extra days to post the funds to your account.
