1. The Hustle (Order Processing)

We move fast so you can look fresh.

  • Timeline: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days.

  • Operations: We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

  • Confirmation: As soon as your order is packed and ready to roll, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.

2. Shipping Rates & The "Free" Stuff

  • Domestic (USA): Enjoy FREE Standard Shipping on all orders over $100.

  • Standard Rates: For orders under $100, shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

  • Carriers: We partner with trusted carriers (USPS, UPS, and FedEx) to ensure your package arrives safely.

3. Estimated Delivery Times (ETA)

Once your order leaves our Brooklyn HQ, here is when you can expect it:

  • United States: 3-7 business days.

  • International: Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

4. Global Vibes (International Shipping)

We proudly ship to Daybreake fans worldwide.

  • Customs & Duties: Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes upon arrival. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for specifics.

5. Tracking Your Drop

Keep your eyes on the prize. Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can monitor its journey from our door to yours.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

We use verified tracking to ensure every package is accounted for.

  • Liability: Daybreake Clothing, LLC is not liable for packages that are confirmed to be "Delivered" by the carrier to the address provided at checkout.

  • Disputes: If your package is missing but marked delivered, please check your surroundings or with neighbors. While we aren't liable for theft, we can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier if necessary.

7. Peak Seasons & Holidays

During the holidays or major drops, order volumes increase. Please allow a little extra time for processing and delivery during these busy periods. We appreciate your patience!
